** POSITIVE BEHAVIOR SUPPORT **
As the end of the school year draws closer, the PBS Committee would like to thank our students for being so terrific. Students at RHS have demonstrated respectful, responsible, and ready to learn behavior consistently. Lots of end-of-the year functions are occurring, graduation parties, and dances.
Along with the fun, end of course tests, finals, and projects due are added to their plate. You can help your teen juggle all these demands by ensuring they come to school during these last few days. Missing school can result in loss of credit and slipping of grades. You can also help them prioritize their time. Making sure your teen is using some kind of a planner helps them keep everything in order. Phone planners and day planners are great tools, but students can simply draw out a calendar of their own to keep themselves organized. Along with staying organized, make sure your teen gets plenty of rest, eats a good breakfast every morning, and arrives on time to school. Surveys show that students who eat a healthy breakfast every morning do 25% better in school. Thank you for helping us keep our students on task and healthy until the last bell rings.
