Message from the principal
Hi Families!
We've had one awesome week back from Spring Break! It's been amazing seeing all of our students and staff back ready to finish the year strong. Our 3rd-5th graders are right in the middle of taking end of the year MAP testing to show how much they've grown in Reading, Math, and Science. We are celebrating a lot of growth this year! We are so thrilled with all of our students.
We have a lot planned as we begin our last quarter for the school year. Please make sure to check the website and our weekly newsletter for all end of the year and upcoming events! We have our new district wide date for Open House. We look forward to seeing everyone Thursday, March 30th from 5:30-6:30 for Open House.
Have a wonderful weekend!

March Volunteer of the Month
Congratulations to Jamie Illian - Jamie is the March Volunteer of the Month!
Jamie, Mom to Miles, Kindergarten and Kate, 3rd grade - Jamie has been a wonderful part of the 2022- 2023 school year. You have seen her artistic Spirit-wear designs worn all over the school and she also holds a position as one of the Kindergarten photographers. Jamie brings creativity and fun to all she does at Harrington.
Jamie says best part of volunteering is that she gets to watch her kids “in the wild” as they interact with friends in their school environment.
Jaime also described her favorite event at Harrington:
“Culture Night - one of my favorite things about Harrington is our multicultural student population and it really shines on Culture Night. I love seeing our kiddos proudly represent their heritage. Also, let's be real, the food is incredible!” - Jamie
A great big Husky thank you goes out to Jamie for all she does to help make the Harrington a success!
