Book Fair & Reading Challenge
I want to thank all the students, parents and staff that have helped support the library by shopping at the book fair! We've had a great week and hope to finish strong. The book fair will be open Monday, 8am - 7pm, and Tuesday, 8am - 3:30pm. We take cash, credit, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and even checks! Any questions, please let me know @ Toby.Abrahamsen@lcps.org
The Reading Challenge comes to an end Friday, 12/15. I appreciate the students participating in our first ever reading challenge. Remember, reading is an important way for students to take OWNERSHIP of their own education. Graphic novels, manga, audiobooks, picture books and novels all help students learn about others, expand their vocabulary, and have experiences that might not happen in the real world (I mean I haven't seen many dragons recently...).. Plus, it's fun! Need some suggestions? Contact me at the email above.
POSTPONED- Night of One Acts

PBIS - Students of the Week... BAM!
PBIS - Staff Of The Week
Ms. Harrell makes an impact everywhere she goes! She is a learning specialist assistant and builds connections while doing a great job of teaching boundaries. On top of that, she is a Level-Up teacher and has been present at multiple STEM events throughout the years. Most recently, I was filling in for her advisory and the students missed her so much because she was helping in another space. The relationships Ms. Harrell builds throughout this building with students and staff are truly excellent!

Holiday Giving Tree- Each year we look for a way to give back to our Seneca Community and help support our families and students who need a little help. This year is no different! Below is a sign up to donate gift cards for distribution to parents and students as needed. A little help from our community could help make another family's day. Gift cards from Target or Walmart are best as they are easy places to shop. We have not specified an amount so everyone can decide what works best for them...but cards with $20/$25 are great. Please do not give one card with a large amount as we would like to be able to help as many families as possible and large amounts limit the distribution. As always thank you for your generosity. Happy Holidays!
