Moving this summer??
- If you are moving within the district, you must complete a "Change of Student Information Form" which can be located here. Please complete this form and return it to the PLSD Welcome Center located at 130 Hill Rd. S. Suite 102, Pickerington, OH 43147.
- If you are moving outside of the district, you will need to notify our school office at 614-834-2600 of your new address and school building/district that your child will be attending next year as soon as possible. You will want to register with that school district as early as possible, so that your child does not miss any school and so that records can be transferred in plenty of time. The transfer of records is a process, and can not be done overnight, so please plan ahead.
