Parent/Student/Teacher Conferences 3.22 and 3.23
Appointments must be made through Skyward
High School Conferences conferences will be held on March 22nd and March 23rd. Appointments are available between 12:00 PM to 2:25 PM. On Wednesday, March 22nd there is no late start as it is an early release. In addition, there are no evening conference sessions.
High School Conference time (15 minutes with any teacher) will be used for intervention focused on students with grades lower than 70%. Conferences will focus on support needed to improve the students grade in the course, concerns of the family, or student, etc.
How to Request a Conference
Appointments may be held in-person, on Zoom, or over the phone in 15-minute blocks; this can be specified when you request the appointment. All appointments will be entered into Skyward Conference Scheduler (Teachers also have access to create appointments.). Scheduling is open until 3/23/23 at 2:30 PM.

Ticket Sales Window: 3/20-3/30 from 7:30am-3pm
Tickets cannot be purchased after Thursday, March 30th
Outside Guests Allowed (must be a high school student and under 20yrs old with Guest Dance contract)
Only one dance contract is needed per year. (kept on file in ASB office)
All guest tickets will be $60, even if a student with an ASB card is purchasing it.
Students are responsible for their parking fees outside of the venue (EAST/WEST Parking Garages are available next to the Moda Center).
We have received questions about the time and location of Prom. Please read Principal Gourde's response to those questions.

At this time, students should have completed their forecasting for the 23-24 year. All students are now locked out of forecasting and must go through their counselor for any changes or questions. Please remember, this is a big deal! BG Admin will start building the master schedule and once that starts students will not be able to adjust their courses. Ask your student what they forecasted for!

You can still order Caps and gowns, announcements, apparel, and class rings.
Caps and Gowns will be delivered April 25 at both lunches. Be sure to get your order in.
Grad Night Party Information, Guidelines, and Contracts
The 2023 Grad Night Board has been working hard to plan our Seniors a great GRAD NIGHT PARTY!! We will begin selling tickets for the party on Monday, February 27th. Grad Night Party information and guidelines, as well as the contract that includes a medical release and permission slip, will be available in the main office that day or by clicking the link. The two-page contract must be returned with your payment.
Ticket prices start at just $75. Get your tickets early, because the price goes up to $100 on May 1st and will increase again on June 1st. The earlier you return your contract with your payment, the more raffle tickets you earn for the prize drawing at the party!
Grad Night Fundraisers
2023 GRAD NIGHT SPRING FLOWER SALE!
Help support the 2023 GRAD NIGHT PARTY by purchasing some beautiful flowers from your favorite Senior! We have 16" color bowls and a variety of 10" hanging baskets for $25 each. Orders and payments are due in the BGHS Main Office on Friday, March 24th. Checks should be made out to BGHS Grad Night with the Senior's name on the memo line or send payment via Venmo to @BGHS-GradNight. Be sure to include the name of the Senior associated with the payment! The Senior who sells the most items gets a FREE TICKET INTO THE GRAD NIGHT PARTY! Every Senior earns one raffle ticket for the party for each item sold.
