Dad's Club Golf Tournament

Registration is now live at https://hfsfw.ejoinme.org/DCGT2019 - visit today to register your spot in the field or your sponsorship

Volunteers needed - Not a golfer? Keep May 17 on your calendar anyway and come spend a day outdoors helping the Dads' Club raise money for our students. If you are available to volunteer, please drop us a line at holyfamilydadsclub@gmail.com so we can add you to our volunteer list. Thanks!

We need your donations!

Donations needed! As you go out to make your father’s day purchases, why not pick up something to help support the golf tournament? Your donations will be used to make baskets to auction off at the golf tournament. Proceeds from the golf tournament will be contributed towards installing a shade cover over the school’s new outdoor multi-purpose sports court. Don’t know what to get? Here’s a few ideas: Grilling items (what dad doesn’t love to grill?), sports items (memorabilia, game tickets, etc.), vouchers (hunting, fishing, golfing), gift cards (if you love eating there, they’ll love eating there).

All items can be taken up to Tracy at the front office. For questions, please contact:

FAMILY SERVICE HOUR REQUIREMENT

During each school year, all families are required to perform 30 hours of service for Holy Family Catholic School. All service hours must be recorded within your ParentsWeb account. At this time, all families should review their entries in ParentsWeb for accuracy and update as necessary. On May 6, an assessment of $10.00 per hour for any hour, or portion thereof, not fulfilled was posted to your FACTS account. This assessment may be reduced by further serving of volunteer time through the remainder of the school year and recording the hours within your ParentsWeb account. Or, the assessment may be paid in full.

Parents of an 8th grader must fully serve and record their hours or pay for any outstanding balance no later than May 21, 2019. Failure to do so will keep your student from participating in graduation activities and all academic records being held.

Parents of all other students must fully serve and record their hours or pay for any outstanding balance no later than May 29, 2019. Failure to do so will result in all academic records being held and enrollment for the 2019-2020 school year being revoked.

If you have any questions about your hours or any assessment that may be charged contact Tracy Head at busmgr@hfsfw.org.
