Fat-Soluble Vitamins

Necessary Vitamins and their effects

There are many fat soluble vitamins such as A,D and K. These vitamins can be found in fruits, vegetables, oils, and nuts. According to Colorado State University, Vitamin A,D, and K deficiency are rare but can occur. But, if your body gets too much it can breakdown red blood cells and cause liver damage. Vitamin K helps prevent cancer and Vitamin A is necessary for eye function.
