Dessau MS Library News December 2021

Frohes Fest! (Deutsch for Happy Holidays)

Happy Holidays! Whether you say Merry Christmas, Féliz Navídad, or Mele Kalikimaka ("Merry Christmas" in Hawaiian), this is the season of giving, festivity and family. This newsletter is dedicated to the many ways winter, spirituality, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa and many more festivities are celebrated around the world. Cheers to time-off, great food, thoughtful presents and peace to us all!

Hanukkah and the Festival of Lights!

Hanukkah goes by "Chanukah" (both pronounced the same) and in Hebrew, "Hanukkah" means dedication.

Dessau MS Library

The library is open daily from 8:00am-3:30pm. I take "C" lunch from 12:25-12:55, closing briefly for nourishment. Reserving the library can be made here. Please send students with a legitimate pass from their classroom instructor (name, date/time of student & staff) and reason for visit. Thank you to all who read the newsletter. A special shout-out to Mrs. Davis (McDonald) for sharing activities in class with her students! One love. 💜
