Counselors Corner
In March, we learned about cooperation. Please continue to speak with your child about listening to the ideas of others, and working with others to reach a goal. The character trait for the month of May is fairness. Fairness is treating everyone with the same level of respect and kindness. You all show fairness by allowing everyone opportunities to succeed. Please have your child participate in the character trait weekly challenges by:
Show fairness by playing by the rules during recess and on the playground.
Show fairness by letting others have a turn before me.
Understanding that fairness does not always mean equal.
Show fairness by being a good sport.
Thanks so much! Let’s make it a great May.
