Welcome to our two newest librarians!

Sunni Crumrine will begin at Royal Ridge ES on Monday, Jan. 11. Sunni was a 7th grade English teacher in Pleasanton ISD.

Michelle Born will begin at Krueger MS very soon. Michelle is currently teaching middle school in Southside ISD and she had previously been at NEISD Library Processing.

Library Transformation Plan Updates

The Library Transformation Plan revisions which were submitted before the break were so high quality and thoughtful! During the next few months, we will be reviewing them in detail and providing feedback regarding the utilization of Bond funds to address the specific needs of each library.

Sirsi/Enterprise Committee

If you are interested in serving on the Sirsi/Enterprise committee, please email Dan Short and Kim Green. The committee will meet formally twice a year to discuss the Enterprise catalog and make decisions about issues that might arise with Sirsi. There may be periodic online discussions, if needed.

The committee will be comprised of Dan, Kim, Amy, Faye, 1 HS librarian, 1 MS librarian, 2 ES librarians, and a processor. Deadline for submitting your name is Friday, Jan. 15.
