Show Your Stripes

LGBTQIA+ Photo Booth and Hangout

Tuesday, Feb. 16th, 12:30-2pm

IDEA Project (UW1-161)

Pop in to have some fun and build LGBTQIA+ community on campus with a photo booth, pride button- and bracelet-making, and educational resources! Get your picture taken with the rainbow, bi, trans, pan, asexual, and/or genderqueer pride flags, and design pins and bracelets in whichever colors you want.

This event is open to all UWB and Cascadia students, staff, and faculty, as well as members of the broader community. It will be LGBTQIA+ centered, but allies are welcome. Join us for as long as you want or as briefly as you need to.

Accessibility info:

IDEA Project is located in UW1-161. The main entrance of UW1 has an automatic door opener button, but IDEA Project does not. We will keep the door propped open or open it for anyone who needs assistance. The nearest all-gender bathroom is in Discovery Hall. This event will not be scent-free.

The photo booth will be an open space in front of one wall, and we can adjust the pride flags to suit all heights. We will not share photos anywhere without your consent.
