Art with Ms. Williamson
What's Happening In Art?
K Line paintings. K starts the school year practicing drawing different types of lines, then we practice how to paint carefully between the lines.
1st grade rotated in stations to trace different shapes, overlapping and painting between the lines.
2nd grade Has been practicing new routines and how to be more independent in the art room. Learning more responsibility in using their materials and putting things away.
Grades 3-5 TAB (Teaching Artistic Behaviors)
Students get to choose their Art stations each week. We always start class with a learning objective. Whether it’s about an artist, a technique, or an element/ principle of Art. Students are given a choice in how they explore and create.
Music with Mrs. Silva
