Message From the Principal
Happy Friday Titans!
Today our school wore red and blue to cheer on our feeder, Milton High School, on to victory in the semi-finals for the state championship. Thank you to Milton High School Principal Brian Jones for giving me an awesome championship shirt! Routing for our feeder is part of making our Titans Smart, Happy and Connected.
Thank you to our PTSA for fully funding a trip for our 8th graders to see the Nutcracker! The performance was amazing. It was exciting to see some of our Elkins Pointe students who dance with the ballet company perform on stage. Having every 8th grade student be able to attend a performance of this caliber is truly a gift. We could not ask for a more supportive PTSA!
Also, our school could not ask for a better faith-based partner. Thank you to North Point Church for your generous donation to our school. This is the second year that the congregation of North Point has delivered Christmas boxes for our families in need. The love and care that is given to our Titans truly matters!
Titans, as we enter December it is only just a few short weeks until the end of the semester. In the next few weeks, we have a lot do. So stick with us by staying the course. Continue to work hard, come to school on time, and do your very best. We invite our Titans to come to a Titan Advantage to help prepare for the semester finals. Just as I am cheering for the Milton High School football team to win big, I am cheering for our Titans to finish first in their academics!
Sincerely,
Kindra L. Smith, Ed.S

Be a Hero and Help Support Special Olympics
On March 14, 2019, the 2019 Abu Dhabi Law Enforcement Torch Run Final Leg team consisting of over 100 law enforcement officers from 24 countries, are participating in a very chilling event, the Abu Dhabi Dip to benefit Special Olympics. Law enforcement officers around the world volunteer their time year-round with the Law Enforcement Torch Run to benefit Special Olympics and participate in some pretty crazy fun(d) raising events. This event, tops them all, a Solar Polar plunge in the desert in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates. In the heat of the desert, it a pretty “cool” event! While it may be hot outside, we will cool down with a very frigid dip in ice-filled pools….all to raise money in support of the athletes of Special Olympics.
Please show your support for the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics by donating to my fundraising page. With your donation, you can be a part of enriching the lives of people with intellectual disabilities and their communities through sports, education, and healthy living. Your donation ensures athletes can be on the field 365 days a year, spreading joy and making memories.
YOU can help the amazing athletes of Special Olympics WIN BIG! Your $10 donation or more will make an incredible difference!
