First Snow...
Good Evening Spartan Families,
Nothing like starting the week in the low 60s and ending it with snow! Chicago weather never disappoints. As we head into the weekend, we are extremely grateful for your generous outpouring of support for our 109 Gives Back Food and Supply Drive. Knowing that our Shepard drop off containers were filled to the brim multiple times over, we are excited to see the final District 109 results and how much of an impact we will make for families in need this holiday season.
With our annual Parent-Teacher Conferences just over a week away, we have included links to our sign-ups if you would still like to try and book a meeting with your child's teacher(s). Conferences will remain in a virtual (Zoom meeting) format, with individualized 5 minute meetings for each appointment. Links have been included below if you are interested in meeting with our School Counselors or Learning Commons Director (optional).
Before you jump into weekend mode, we hope that you will take a few minutes to join our District 109 Thought Exchange to engage in the mission and vision discussion to "Define 109."
Have a safe and wonderful weekend!

Take 5 Minutes To Answer One Big Question... and help Define 109!
Our community ThoughtExchange is open and runs through next Friday! We want to hear from you on this one question: What is the most important skill that students today need to have for them to live fulfilling and meaningful lives? You are allowed to leave as many thoughts as you want and rate as many as you want. It's all anonymous! If you've already participated, log back in and leave or rate new thoughts that have come in!
