FJVD Weekly Info
We Live the Word!
From the Principal's Desk
Dear Father Doyle Families,
It's been a whirlwind of a week at Father Doyle School! Our PK-4 students enjoyed a presentation from Bwana Iguana, our soccer teams competed admirably, there was - of course - lots of great learning happening in our classrooms, and tonight we come together as a community for Family Fun Night! Check out some snapshots from the week in the photo gallery below.
If you're joining us for Family Fun Night, you received an email earlier today with additional details. A reminder that our Learning Center Dedication will kick-off at 5:30pm by the West Wing entrance. See the map here for additional details. Don't forget to bring a lawn chair or two!
Also, a reminder that there this NO SCHOOL this upcoming Monday, May 16th. Monday is a full-day professional day at which the faculty and staff will be finalizing elements of our 4-Year Strategic Plan which will go into effect in September of 2022. Stay tuned for more information about the sharing of our finalized Strategic Plan with families in the weeks ahead!
LAST CALL - Summer Camp Registration Due TODAY!
You can find the complete details for Summer Camps, including links to the registration form by clicking here. We're thrilled to be able to offer eight weeks of camps for all ages and interests! Please note, the deadline for registering for summer camps is TODAY - Friday, May 13th.
Uniform Ordering - Participate in Bulk Ordering!
We're pleased to launch our new Uniform Purchasing Program for the 2022-2023 school year, which can be found at the link here: http://fjvduniforms.square.site. In order to address challenges with ordering this past year, we are moving to a bulk ordering system with Donnelly’s for the 2022-2023 school year. Utilizing the link above, families can place orders for Donnelly's uniforms which will then be shipped directly to the school for pick-up. Please note, in order to maintain bulk ordering, orders will be placed with Donnelly's on the 4th of every month. Orders placed after the 4th will be placed in the following month's order.
Wishing you all a wonderful weekend! God bless, and go Saints!
Sincerely,
Mr. Peloquin

Aluminum Can Tab Collection
What: Aluminum can tabs are being collected
Why: To support the Ronald McDonald House in Providence
How can you help? Save can tabs and send them in to Mr. Godin’s room.
Bottle Cap Drive
We’re excited to share that our school is part of the Coca-Cola Give program. This provides new funding opportunities to help improve learning environments for students. The best part? Donations don’t come out of your own pocket. When you make Coca-Cola purchases, you simply send in bottle caps or product codes from boxes of beverages and our school receives a donation.
All caps and codes should be sent to Mr. Godin. Codes will be entered on one account to gain larger and quicker donations.
Thank you!
