The credit bureau have an interview with people that want credit to see if they're creditworthiness by seeing the 4 Cs called: Character, Carry Capacity, Collateral, and Credit report.

They are usually used for emergency or when you don't have money on you, but credit cards can be costly with annual fees, interest rate, Penalty fees, and over-the-limit fees. If you don't pay does off then you'll reach your credit limit and loss your credit card.
