The Greendell Gosling Flyer, 5th Ed

September 3, 2020

Dear Greendell Families,

Thank you for being a part of our first virtual Back to School Night! We had a great turnout with over 50 Greendell families joining us (that is a lot of families... we are a small school community!). And while I missed welcoming families in person to our Back to School Night, I think more families were able to participate because it was virtual. Our teachers enjoyed their classroom discussions and just having time to talk with families.

I miss seeing everyone at Greendell and getting know our families. I had a few emotional moments when I was presenting last night and thinking about what we usually do at this time of year. I am very proud of our whole community for doing so much more and working together to make learning possible for our children during very challenging times.

I look forward to the time when we welcome children back to campus, but I so enjoy dropping by our classroom Zoom meetings and seeing all the fun learning activities children are doing each day. As I always say, we have an amazing school community!

Thank you so much,

Principal Shannon
