June 15th @ 7AM - 3PM
June 16th @ 7AM - 12PM
June 17th @ 4PM - 7PM
If you haven't already taken this BEST TIME FOR YOU SURVEY, please do so by Monday 6/8 @ 5:00 PM so that we can staff our pick up/drop off times to ensure safety and efficiency for all involved. Our time slots are not name or grade specific, but please complete the survey so we can make sure to have the just right amount to make the system run smoothly.
This will be a drive-up service ONLY, no walk-ups please and be sure to follow all of the signage and staff directions. You will initially drive to back of the Cougar Mountain building by turning into the bus lane off of 260th, a map will be sent out soon. You will be directed to drive into a parking spot in the back of the school. You will remain in your vehicle, and be greeted by a staff member that will guide you through the dropping off of various items such as library books, text books, athletic uniforms, band/choir/orchestra uniforms, instruments and the picking up of yearbooks, locker and locker room items, instruments, medications, etc. We have all locker items bagged up and sorted by student name.
***ALL STUDENTS RETURNING TO THE BETHEL SCHOOL DISTRICT NEXT YEAR MAY KEEP THEIR IPADS, CHARGERS AND HOTSPOTS ~ NO NEED TO RETURN!***
However, if you do not want your child to keep their iPad we will also collect these at the same time as the other pick up/drop off items.
Mrs. Lathrom will be sending out fines and library books that are due this week, please use this to plan in advance for what may need to be returned. Use the "fine" list like a check list of what needs to be returned in order to remove the "fine."
The amount of people permitted to enter the building at any given time will be limited and you must adhere to all safety and social distancing guidelines. Please wear a mask if possible!
We are NOT able to sell more yearbooks at this time, all yearbook sales ended on May 22nd. You can login to your child's account HERE to see if you've already purchased a yearbook. All yearbook purchasing took place at the beginning of the year and during the spring time, and that information was sent out weekly in the s'more newsletters up until May 22nd.
We will hold a question & answer session during our community zoom session on Thursday, June 11th @ 6:00 PM. To join this Zoom Meeting click this link~ https://bethelsd.zoom.us/j/762808041?pwd=dXdKZVcrS0YvNVlQMW1Nb2czcndVQT09

Dear Parent or Guardian,
I am writing to ask for ~15 minutes of your time to complete an new updated online survey that will help us improve your child’s school. We have asked YouthTruth – a nonprofit organization that supports hundreds of schools and districts across the county – to conduct an anonymous survey on our behalf.
***THIS SURVEY HAS BEEN UPDATED SINCE THE COVID-19 CLOSURE***
Please take the survey before it closes at midnight on Friday, June 19th by clicking this link: ytsurvey.org/bethelfamily20
Please note:
The survey needs to be completed in one sitting.
We ask that one member of each household fill out the survey.
If you have more than one child who attends the same school, you may respond to the survey multiple times - one time per child.
If you write any comments, please do not include your name or anything else that might identify you. Your responses are anonymous, and they will be combined with the responses of other parents and guardians before being shared back with school and district leadership.
We sincerely thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. Your response is incredibly valuable to us.
If you have any questions about the survey, or our plans for how we will use your feedback, please contact me by email.
Sincerely,
Brittany CorpuzPrincipal
