I am a Mentor's Mentor. My work lies in the field of "lifestyle medicine" and it's impact on every area of life. Many people don't have the successes they desire in one area or another in life. I have mastered the art of understanding the inner world of the mind and it's mindset; identifying and understanding the mechanism of what's going on in relationships and the psychology of the power of influence. With keen listening and intuition I am able to be your "Block Buster' and unclog what stands in your way. I help people reach peak performance- their optimal blueprint.

As an inspired educator, wellness expert, motivational speaker and keynote, 30-year veteran yoga teacher, natural-living expert and entrepreneur I see potential in all things- how we live, who we are, and what makes us-us. A favorite saying of mine is, "I Can See Your Bright Spots. Can You"?

The skills I draw upon include mind/body, behavioral, cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, mindfulness, existential, nutritional, neuroscience, mindset, holistic and lifestyle medicine, personal empowerment, parenting, and/or yoga philosophy and it’s therapeutic application.
