Boys and Girls Club of Millard (Located at Central Middle School)

Hello! My name is Elise Fountain, Unit Director for the Millard Central Boys & Girls Club, and I would like to invite you to join the club today.

Boys and Girls Club is not just for younger kids. Here are some of the offerings:

  • College readiness
  • Career launch
  • Diplomas 2 degrees
  • Scholarship programs
  • Work experience opportunities.
  • College tours
  • Networking luncheons
  • Youth of the Year program (which helps members maintain good standing and leaves them eligible for our club scholarship program, that last year gave 57 members $285,000 in combined scholarships.)

Our club is the first club built specifically for teens and is not just about academics. Our Club offers activities that fall under one or more of our six pillars:

  • Academic Support
  • STEM
  • Healthy Lifestyles
  • Good Character, and Citizenship
  • Arts
  • Careers

Our club-wide athletics program offers:

  • Flag Football
  • Teen Basketball
  • Soccer Leagues
  • Frequent free trips to collegiate and pro sporting events

We will host several supervised late-night opportunities for club members to socialize. These late-night opportunities are designed to provide a safe and fun environment that encourages members to make wise decisions after school events such as home football and basketball games. Our games room is packed with comfortable seating, good Wi-Fi and great entertainment. All of this and more is geared towards 9th grade and up.

We are open daily from 3 pm – 9 pm and on days that school is closed we are open 7 am – 6 pm.

This year we have worked with the district to have a free bus that will provide transportation from MSHS to the Club.

If you are already a member and would like to use this service please notify us as soon as possible. If you are planning on joining and using this service make sure you sign up for it at orientation.

Our registration process is all online and can be found at this link. If you would like a more detailed description of our programs it can be found at this link. If you are interested in joining or have any questions please don’t hesitate to reach out. Our front office manager Alexandria can be reached daily at (402) 470-8321.
