Principal's Update

Another school year begins this week. It was very nice to see so many new students walking the building with their families on Friday.

We will see our Freshman and new students on Wednesday and the rest of the students on Thursday. WELCOME BACK!!

Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions or concerns.

I will be sending out the high school newsletters on Saturday mornings during the school year.

As we return to school please be aware of speed limits in the parking lots. Students driving in the lot need to adhere to the posted speeds. There are a lot of students in the lot and safety has to be a priority. Students driving unsafe in the lot will be subject to having their parking passes revoked.

Thanks,

Bill Wingler

Attendance

How do I call in my child's absence from school?

If you know your child will be out, please call the attendance office at (440) 572-7100, option 2 and leave a message before 8:00 A.M.. You may call at any hour.

Your message should include the following information:

  • Name and grade of student
  • Date of absence and possible return
  • Reason for absence
  • Person calling
  • Number where parent/guardian can be reached.

PLEASE DON'T PICK-UP YOUR CHILD WITHOUT CALLING THEM OUT.

If your child is not feeling well they should go through the clinic. Just picking them up without letting us know creates a safety issue since they will be unaccounted for.

Meet the Mustangs

A sign it's time to come back to school is the annual Meet the Mustangs. The band and flag corp showed just how hard they worked this summer as they prepared for the upcoming season.

Great job to Mr. King and his team.
