Miss Butz's Class Newsletter

December 7 - 11

Please dress your child for the weather!

Winter weather is here, even though it isn't officially winter until December 21st. We DO GO OUTSIDE EVERYDAY for recess unless the windchill is below zero or there is snow on the blacktop. On days when there is snow on the playground, we will just have recess out on the blacktop. Please make sure your child has a warm coat, hat and gloves or mittens. I don't want anyone getting sick. Thank you!

Report card assessments are going well. I have seen a lot of growth so far. I can't wait to get report cards done so you can see how your child is doing. I believe report cards will come home when we get back from winter break. Keep working on those skills at home that are so individualized, like writing first and last names. Thank you!
