Twain Families, Kids Heart Challenge™ has officially kicked off!
It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3…
1. Sign up by downloading the Kids Heart Challenge app or visiting our school’s link below.
2. Help your child select a personal challenge: Be Kind or Move More.
3. Become a Heart Hero by completing Finn’s Mission.
Why not have some extra fun with the family and have your own kickoff party at home?! Watch the official Kick Off Video AND our Online Envelope will show you all the thank you gifts your kiddos can earn.

6th Grade Parent Night at RMS
Richards Middle School would like to invite you and your 6th-grade child to Richards Middle School on the evening of Thursday, February 23rd, at 6:00 p.m.
The purpose of this evening is to introduce you and your child to their future school, the programs offered, and the selective classes available to them. We will also provide our students with a tour of our building’s selective classrooms.
The program will start promptly at 6:00 p.m. Parents are to report to the RMS gym, where they will meet the administrators, counselors, and academic department heads. Students will gather in the cafeteria, where their tour will begin.
Our goal is to provide you and your child with a good understanding of our vision and mission at Richards Middle School.
Our RMS counselors will visit each elementary classroom beginning Monday, February 27th for the 2023-24 school year and Wednesday, March 1st to assist students in filling out their schedule forms. Students are to return their schedule requests to their 6th-grade teacher no later than March 5th.
Counselors will again help with inputting the course requests at the elementary schools beginning March 6th and March 8th.

PTO
The goal of our PTO is to enrich the environment of our children, families and community. It takes volunteers to make that happen and parent volunteers are always necessary and welcome!
