LEAD Innovation Studio

Vol. 4, Issue 15 - December 4, 2020

NOTE FROM THE PRINCIPAL

The transition to Distance Learning this week has been difficult - we miss seeing our students! We have seen really great participation and engagement, and are grateful for those opportunities to connect and support.

We have had members of our counseling team, administration, and support staff reaching out to Online and In-Person students offering support. Please know that if your student needs specific academic supports, or additional check-ins to support with accountability, we are here to help. Please reach out with requests.

We have just 4 weeks and 2 days remaining in the semester (including 1 week of distance learning next week). The vast majority of our classes are term classes and will conclude with the end of the semester on January 15th. Now is the time to make a plan for completing all courses with the grade students are aspiring to. Please engage in conversations with your students about their goals and their progress.

I just want to say how grateful I am for the opportunity to work with our LEAD community. This has been a hard school year - we are glad your student is a LEADer and want to connect and support in any way we can.

Ryan
