News and updates for families of Inspire students

February 11, 2021

Dear Inspire Families:

They don't call us "Inspire School of Arts and Surveys" for nothing! We are asking for your help to complete the Inspire School Climate Survey. Click the link to fill out the form. It shouldn't take more than 10 minutes, and your responses are directly linked to our ability to serve your child. We use the data from the surveys to understand how well we are supporting students, where we might have gaps that need to be addressed, and what plans we put in place to ensure every student at Inspire gets the education they deserve.

Thank you, once again, for taking the time to share your experiences with us. Inspire wouldn't be who we are without you!

As always, don't hesitate to call or email me with questions, concerns, or good ideas.

With gratitude and hope,

Becky Brown

The Inspire Performing Arts Vision for the Future

Thursday, February 18th at 7:00-8:00PM

Via Zoom:

Come learn about our planning and ideas for next school year. We will address course selection, placement into courses, clubs, productions, CTE pathway, and majors in the performing arts. This will include: dance, instrumental music, musical theatre, recording arts, technical theatre, theatre performance, and vocal music. All staff will attend to field questions and share information prior to our course selection period at the end of the month (Olivia Cerullo, Erin Horst, Jarrah Myles, Sarah Shoemaker, and Jim White). We will also address this year’s opportunities, summer opportunities, and our newly forming Performing Arts Booster Team.

Please come and get in the know about performing arts at Inspire!

For more information, please contact Performing Arts Director, Jarrah Myles.

Inspire Performing Arts Booster

Want to be a part of our next act? You could be a STAR! Donations of kindness, time, energy, effort, and/or finances can bring our program to life even during a pandemic.

We want to welcome you to the NEW IPA (Inspire Performing Arts) Boosters! We are not a beer or an alphabet, BUT we will be the Crew behind the Crew! We are creating this team to stimulate greater interest and appreciation for the Performing Arts and to increase parental, alumni, and community participation in the Inspire Performing Arts Program. Join us for our first meeting!

Tuesday, February 16th 7:00PM

The Goal: The IPA Boosters will supplement departmental and program needs and coordinate volunteers to assist performance and fundraising efforts. With the cancellation of 27 events thus far, our program income has been devastated. While we have had some success in generating funds, we have lost most traditional avenues of income: ticket sales, program ads, concessions, and encourage-mints to name a few. We do have actions in place to raise what is needed, but we need people power to make up for what has been lost.

As the team grows, we hope to support performances and specific projects, create new ways to raise funds, provide assistance with costumes, props/equipment, set construction, public relations, front of house, volunteer expertise/resources, etc...

Virtual Auction - Support Needed!

The Inspire Foundation is hosting a national auction in April 2021 to raise money for programs such as Sober Grad Night, the Angel Network, Scholarships, Programs, and of course, building a new, state-of-the-art school!

We are currently looking for auction items as we gear up for April, and we need your help to spread the word. Items we are seeking may include vacation getaways, gift cards, new jewelry, new artwork, and more. If you are able to donate an item to the auction, please get in touch with us using the info below.

Also, from now until March 31st - any business that pledges an auction item worth $250 or more, or who commits to one of our naming opportunities on the new campus, will also be featured as a sponsor for Inspire's Virtual Auction. This includes more exposure by having business featured on social media, during the auction, and on our website. Visit: for all the naming opportunities available, and leave a lasting legacy by featuring your name on our new campus!

Contact Celeste Cramer, Development Director, for more information or to submit an auction item. Thank you for helping us spread the word, and for your support.
