Beasley Parents,

We have heard from many of our families who are wanting to return to campus for the 2nd Nine Weeks. The district has shared with the community that if you are wanting to change your child's learning platform, you will need complete the request in Skyward beginning October 12 and your request will be reviewed and decided on before the 2nd Nine Weeks begins. Certainly we want all of our students back on campus, but in order to do that effectively we will have to make some staffing changes. I am asking that if you are planning to request that your child come back to on-campus learning that you go ahead and email me now so that we can start making the necessary calculations for our needs. We will not be able to bring your students back until the 2nd Nine Weeks begins AND you complete the request in Skyward, but it will give us the opportunity to begin looking at numbers and planning accordingly.

You can simply reply to this email and let me know that you are planning to request on-campus learning for the 2nd Nine Weeks. Please include your name, your child's name and a good phone number in your reply.

Face to Face students should have their agenda's signed every night.

This year, Specials will consist of Music, Art, and P.E. Each week students will have one assignment per class to complete. They can complete this at any time during the week. All assignments will be available starting Monday morning at 7:00 A.M. and will be due by the following Friday at midnight. If you student has two missing assignments in a specials class, their grade on their progress report or report card will be an "N". If 3 or more assignments are missing, the grade will be a "U". This will start over each nine weeks grading period. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to the specials teachers.
