YEARBOOKS ARE NOW ON SALE at the SCHOOL!
Come and get your Yearbook! They are almost all gone! The last few yearbooks can be purchased at the school. Come and ask Building A front office the purchase your yearbook.
How to access STAAR results online by TexasAssessment.gov
Please see below for detail information how to parent access their child's STAAR results online by visiting TexasAssessment.gov.Please follow the steps:
1. On TexasAssessment.gov web site, the parent can click Find My Access Code:
2. On the lookup access code web site (https://txparentportal.emetric.net/lookup-access-code), Parent needs to enter the student's first name, SSN or S-Number, and DOB.
3. Parents can also obtain their kid's access code on a paper copy of the STAAR test result report.
Tentative Award Ceremony Schedule
- The 5th-grade award ceremony on Wednesday, 29th at 8:00 am
- The 6th-grade award ceremony on Wednesday, 29th at 9:30 am
- The 7th-grade award ceremony on Wednesday, 29th at 1:15 pm
- The 8th grade award ceremony on Tuesday, 28th at 1:15 pm
MEAL ACCOUNT
Please pay off any negative amount in your child’s meal account as soon as possible. Remember, the meal account is a DEBIT ACCOUNT, and should have money in the account before the student comes through to purchase meals. If you have any questions or need any assistance, please contact our Lunch Clerk, Mrs. Julianne Srirama, (jsrirama@harmonytx.org) as soon as possible.

Ready for 7th Grade?
Dear Parent/Guardian,
The purpose of this letter is to inform you of the immunization requirements that will impact rising 7th-grade students. Students entering 7th grade are required to have one dose of Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis) vaccine and one dose of Meningococcal conjugate vaccine for individuals who have not already received those vaccines.

· Meningococcal ( MCV4, Menactra)
Please contact your health care provider or local health department if your child needs these vaccines. For additional information on immunization requirement, please visit The Department of State Health Services website at www.ImmunizeTexas.com
All immunization should be completed by the first day of school. However, you will have 30 calendar days from the first-day school to provide the required up-to-date immunization record for your child. If at the end of the 30-day period, a student has not received a subsequent dose of vaccine, the student is not in compliance and the school shall exclude the student from the attendance until the required dose is administered. Please contact the school for any questions or concern.

Harmony Public Schools - Alternate Meals Policy
ATTENTION: Students are not allowed to purchase a la carte items if their account has a $0 or negative balance. If they are purchasing a milk, we will allow them one charge as a courtesy. The Lunch Clerk will inform the student and parent that there must be funds in the meal account for a la carte purchases. The next attempt to purchase a la carte items will be denied until the account shows a positive balance.
The district charge limit applies to reimbursable meals only and not a la carte purchases.

In an effort to improve the safety measures currently in place, HSOT requires all school students to use clear backpacks for the 2019-2020 school year.
