Community Project Funding Opportunity
The Jackson Junior Welfare League (JJWL) of Jackson, Michigan, is currently accepting Letters of Intent for organizations interested in serving as the beneficiary of the JJWL’s 2015-2016 fundraising activities, including the annual Gala. The women of the Jackson Junior Welfare League are honored to provide this opportunity to our community and we look forward to assisting those organizations that work diligently for the betterment of Jackson.

-Promote access to resources that support skill development and aid individuals and families in reaching self-sufficiency

-Provide resources that promote health (physical, mental and emotional) and safety
-Provide resources that provide active assistance to those struggling with drug dependency

Grant Request Description & Requirements
JJWL will recognize a single organization to serve as the beneficiary. Proceeds from our annual Gala – held in February 2016 – will benefit the selected organization. Although proceeds are yet to be determined, organizations may receive a minimum of $15,000* (based on grants made in recent years). Funding has the potential for being much greater - the greater the attendance at the event, the greater the proceeds for the beneficiaries.
