Tutor Tuesdays!
Ms. Pienciak's Lunchtime Tutoring Will Meet Again Tomorrow!
Tuesday, November 25, 2014 - 5th Period Lunch Tutoring
Good Evening Parents,
I wanted to remind you of our tutoring session available to ALL of my learners during lunch on Tuesdays. There are already 10 students who are signed up for tomorrow's session leaving 5 spots that are open. Students in all three of my classes were made aware of the sign-up sheet today and were encouraged to come tomorrow. This week's topic is MULTIPLICATION AND DIVISION FACT FAMILIES! We will be doing a review of all the fact families -12 to -1 and 1 to 12, and we will be analyzing relationships among numbers when multiplying and dividing.
Please encourage your student to come see me in D6 before lunch tomorrow for a pass, if necessary. Otherwise, come to D6 by 11:30 a.m. for some fun math lunch!
*Please note: They must have signed up ahead of time in order to participate in the lunchtime tutoring!
As always, please feel free to reach out via email with any questions or concerns, and thank you again for your continued support!
Enjoy the wonderful weather!
Best regards,
Amanda V. Pienciak

How do you use quick multiplication or division?
Talk to your kids tonight about how you use multiplication or division facts in everyday life, or for special occasions. I know our family is using multiplication to plan out Thanksgiving dinner - if 28 people are coming to dinner that's how many pounds of mashed potatoes?!?
