Ten Commandments of Mental Health
1. Spend time in nature! Go outside and go for a walk.
2. Listen to music.
3. Make sure to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep.
4. Talk to someone you feel comfortable with.
5. Eat healthy!
6. Practice meditation.
7. Go through singing and vocal warm-ups.
8. Read a book.
9. Watch a favorite movie.
10. Assess every situation with a clear and open mind.
