Hello Millbridge Families,

Things are going absolutely wonderful at Millbridge Elementary School and we cannot thank you enough for your support. We are delighted that you will be a part of our amazing learning community this year. This promises to be a year filled with phenomenal learning experiences.

As we embark on this learning adventure, we pledge to students and parents that this will be a year of rigorous, relevant and engaging work in our classrooms, along with special events and activities. Attendance will be very important as you don't want to miss out on learning new and exciting things.

If you have not yet filled out the questions and forms on parent portal, please do so. If you need any help, please contact the main office.

Thank you for your continued support and teamwork for the success of your child.

Educationally yours,

Mrs. Massey and Mrs. Murphy

Big picture
  • Only Millbridge staff members are permitted in the bus loop and on the sidewalk closest to the school during arrival and dismissal. Parents should not gather in or around the school building. Please help us ensure a safe and orderly arrival by dropping off your child quickly.

  • Our school hours are 9:00 a.m. to 3:20 p.m. daily. Students cannot arrive before 8:50 a.m., as there is no supervision until that time.

  • Student drop-off begins at 8:50 AM after the first bell rings and our staff will begin to unload the carpool lane and buses.

  • Preschool and Kindergarten will enter through door #19 located directly after the bus loop. First grade will enter through the main entrance and Second grade will enter through the gym doors, #2.

  • The drop-off for carpool students is located behind the cafeteria in the new large circular loop. Please drive thru and follow the arrows on the ground in and around the loop. A Millbridge staff member will be there each morning to greet your child by opening the car door. Please have your child in the back passenger seat as this makes it easier for the staff member to let the children out in a timely fashion.

  • To respect the flow of traffic please enter coming from Haines Mill Rd. and exit right onto Conrow Rd. going towards Hartford Rd.

  • If you will be walking your child to school, please use the sidewalk closest to the street. Millbridge staff who are on duty will meet your child so they can enter school. Only staff and students are permitted on the sidewalks in front of the school during arrival and dismissal. We know the first day of school is a memory that parents like to hold near and dear with pictures. We encourage pictures are taken at home to allow a smooth transition for arrival.

  • Students must be dropped off by 9:00 a.m. After that time, you will have to bring your child to the front office to be signed in.

  • If your child will be riding the bus, you can access information about their bus in Parent Portal. Login information was mailed out a few weeks ago. Please direct any busing questions to our transportation coordinator at

  • The Burlington County YMCA operates a before and after-school childcare program. For information, rates, or to register your child for this program, please visit their website.

  • Dismissal will begin at 3:20 PM, at which time all students will be escorted to the area designated for parent pickup, placed on their bus, or sent to Prime Time. Walkers and carpool students are dismissed through the cafeteria doors. For parents picking their child up, you will need to present government-issued identification and sign your child out or use your Fast Pass. We kindly ask that you pick your child up by 3:30.

  • At Millbridge we put an emphasis on student safety. Therefore, all students will be placed on the bus or in Prime Time automatically, unless we receive prior written notification from a parent or legal guardian. If you would like to pick your child up from school, please send in a note with your child or email the office at before 10:00 AM. Please do not send emails to your child's teacher with a change for the same day as they may not have the opportunity to check their email before dismissal. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.

2nd Grade Robotics Registration is Now Open

The registration forms will remain open until Wednesday, September 21st. If we have more children register than spaces available, a lottery system will be used.

Fast Passes

Fast Passes are a system that eliminates the need to show government-issued photo identification at dismissal for students who are picked up regularly.

If you had an existing Fast Pass for your student from the 21-22 school year, this will be honored through October 7th.

Fast Pass Pictures for the 21-22 School Year will be taken on the following dates.

  • September 20, 21, 22- Kindergarten Students
  • September 27, 28, 29- 1st Grade Students
  • October 3, 4, 5- 2nd Grade Students

This year, there is a paper form being used and you may request up to TWO Fast Passes per student. Please make sure if the person that will be picking up your child is not a parent/guardian, that he or she is listed in the parent portal as an approved emergency contact.

Big picture

Each year, we have countless items ranging from winter coats to backpacks that are lost. We strongly encourage parents to LABEL EVERYTHING with your child’s name, teacher and bus letter. Lost and found items are kept in the gym and put out periodically throughout the year.

Become an Observer in Canvas

If you have not already done so, please be sure to become an observer for your child(ren) in Canvas. The information below is from the district's webpage and will help you become a co-observer. If you have multiple children, you will be able to see everything for them in one place. Teachers will be providing a weekly overview for parents and notes for the week in Canvas.

To enable co-enrollment (observer) in Canvas K-12 your student will need to generate a pairing code and you will need to link the account. A parent may pair (link) to multiple children in the same parent (observer) account.

You will need to set up the pairing through a web browser like Chrome. You cannot enable pairing or observing through the parent app.

Co-enrollment means you can view grades, upcoming assignments and due dates, missing work, and teacher communication.

Teachers can send individual, group, and course-wide messages to students and parents.

Once you're co-enrolled, you'll want to set-up your notification preferences. Click here for instructions on setting up your notification preferences.
