Wring Out & Relax with Yoga
All levels of yogis are welcome at this classical hatha yoga class during which we will make our own heat with gentle but potent spinal twists and hip openers. The class will take place in a candlelit room and will conclude with yoga nidra: an immensely powerful guided relaxation technique that helps go below surface tensions to release and transform stress at its deepest level, leaving you refreshed with a sense of wholeness. This class is for people of all ages and levels of experience. Please dress comfortably, and bring a water bottle and a yoga mat.
