Jean Piaget
Child development project by Grace Blackerby
Play is the answer to how anything new comes out
Jean Piaget was born in 1890 in Neuchatel Switzerland to a historian and a house wife. His God father was a nurturing individual that set him on his course toward child psychology and the mind. He died in 1980.
Piaget's Cognitive Theory
Piaget's theory revolves around the idea of four stages that children go through. His theory focuses on the process of learning rather than the end result.
Real World Use
this chart can be used to find out new ways a child sees the world, along with our brains develop, form connections, and learn. Teachers and psychologists can use this chart to form diagnostics and make observations about a child and how their environment effects them.
