A Note from Mrs. Johansen
Dear Sandburg Families,
Spring is always such a busy and exciting time of year!
We are about at mid-term in the 4th quarter of this school year! The end of the year is insight. t's hard to believe we will graduate our 8th graders on May 30th and our 7th graders will becoming 8th graders very soon!
This week, we will welcome our incoming students for tours on Tuesday and Wednesday. We look forward to meeting this new class of Wildcats and welcoming them to Sandburg!
We hope you all will be able to join us on May 4th at our Sandburg Open House. The event will run from 6-7 pm that evening.
I encourage all parents to check Infinite Campus to review their child's grades and reach out to the teachers with any questions. While we strive to teach independence with our students, we appreciate the partnership between home and school. Here is a link to our staff directory for your reference. Don't hesitate to reach out to our staff for help if you need any support!
Thank you for your continued support at Sandburg!

We recognized 12 students with the Wildcat of the Quarter award. These students demonstrated citizenship, hard work, leadership, great improvement, scholarship and creativity.
We recognized 12 students with the "One of Us" award. These students demonstrated the ability to make the classroom a better place. They bring positive energy, are creative, and share their unique gifts with the CS community.

e-Flyers
District 15 is "green" in its approach to distributing community and informational flyers. Rather than sending flyers home with each student via backpacks, flyers are posted for free on the D15 E-Flyers page for parents to view or print 24/7. Check out our website to view the e-flyers!Make sure you're following us on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter @CSJHWildcats!
