Metro Middle School Tech Camp

When: June 17 & 18; July 22 & 23

Time: 9:00am to 3:30pm; Parent showcase on Day 2

Target Audience: MS boys and girls who have completed 6th, 7th, and 8th grade from the Metro schools. Flyers will come to metro middle schools the week of March 23-28.

M-State's Connect to a Career Event

When: June 3 & 4, 2015

Time: 8:30am to 4:30pm

Where: M-State's Moorhead Campus

What: Learn about some of the fastest growing careers in professions that require a 2-year degree. You'll learn about technical and career programs that will prepare your students for well-paid, in-demand careers.

Metro Project-Based Learning (PBL) Institute

When: Session 1--Monday, July 27, 2015 to Wednesday, July 29, 2015 Session 2--Wednesday, July 29, 2015 to Friday, July 31, 2015

Where: Fargo Davies High School

Times: 8:00am to 4:00pm

What: Be supported and trained by educators from High Tech High (San Diego, CA) and learn how to build a solid PBL. You will leave the PBL Institute with a project plan ready to implement with your students during the next school year.
