SIMI VTN Conference/AGM 2013

Monday 11th November

Attendance is free of charge for all VTN Members who have fully paid their VTN Standard fee as this is covered in the VTN Standard package. Test Centres whose VTN Standard fee is outstanding or have only partially paid are also welcome to attend for free providing the outstanding fees are paid prior to the conference. Test Centres who have not fully paid the VTN Standard Fee can attend by paying a Conference Attendance Fee of €100 plus VAT (€123) per person, and this fee must be paid prior to the Conference date.

The Conference

In order to keep members fully informed on progress and developments to date, SIMI have invited both the RSA and SGS to attend. There will be an open forum with a Q & A session which will give our members the opportunity to address any concerns that they may have. A CoVIS Help Desk will be available, located in the lobby/registration from early morning prior to the official opening of the Conference, and remaining available during the day at the coffee break and throughout lunchtime to speak to members who want to address their concerns and issues on the new CoVIS system.

The formal business of the VTN Annual General Meeting will take place after lunch affording members the opportunity to discuss all current developments and the key issues of concern that may be facing testers going forward and to formally elect the new Committee to represent Test Centres Sector within SIMI for the coming year.
