Russell Cooper's Philosophy
"I aim to create a positive learning environment where pitchers of all levels can learn and maximize their ability. I promote athletic excellence as well as positive character traits such as teamwork, good sportsmanship, leadership, confidence, and responsibility.
My goal is to help pitchers build strong basic mechanics. Solid fundamentals lead to an increase in velocity, better movement, and greater accuracy -- all of which can be achieved through drills, practice, repetition, and fun!"
