2023-2024 USD LCAP Education Partner Survey

Union School District is dedicated to student success. Ongoing feedback among our educational partners is key to ensuring that our students thrive. USD is in the process of updating the Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP), and your participation and perspective is critical in this decision-making process. The LCAP is a three-year plan 2021-2024 that describes the goals, actions, services, and expenditures to support positive student outcomes that address required state and local priorities. The LCAP provides an opportunity for a District to share their stories of how, what, and why programs and services are selected to meet their local needs. Click to submit an LCAP Survey Response

Project Cornerstone: March Book

In March, our Project Cornerstone volunteers will be focusing on the book entitled Long Shot by Chris Paul. The's month's lesson will focus on using a growth mindset to explore, discover, and pursue students' sparks (interests, dreams, passions). Students will identify people who can support them. They will also discuss how to be a spark champion for others and use teamwork. Students will learn how to set short-term goals and work towards their goals with persistence, perseverance, and determination. Here is the link to the slides and story.
