What is Islam?
The followers of Islam are called Muslims. At a Mosque every Friday and the Imam, Mulam, or Muslim reads from the Qu'ran. They believe the 5 Pillars of Faith which are beleif in God, prayer, charity, fasting, and the annual pilgrimage to Hajj. They practice eating Kosher foods,doing no working or driving on Holy Days, and praying 5 times a day. Some holidays are Ramadan, Eid Al Adha, and Eid A Fritr. Mecca is the holy site for the annual Hajj and Jerusalem has the Dome of the Rock. Islamic believe that there is only one God which is Allah and that Abraham started the religion.

Praying 5 Times a Day
Muslims pray 5 times a day which are pre-dawn, noon, afternoon, sunset, and evening this is a sacrament to Isalm.
