Through self-sacrifice, a commitment to nonviolence, and their spirituality, César Chávez and Dolores Huerta changed a nation. Together they founded the farm worker movement, fought against agribusiness, and organized thousands of laborers so they could earn a living wage and have just working conditions.

Wooten Elementary will begin a full Modernization process in the second quarter of the 2023 school year. We will begin with a committee of community and faculty members. Join us and tell us what you think Wooten will do while the school is built.. stay on sight in portables or go to another campus while the entire school is built and finished?
