Bennett Bear Business Newsletter
Week of March 16, 2020
Dear Amazing Bennett Families,
We hope our BEARS have enjoyed their first week of spring break with family and friends. McKinney ISD has made the decision to extend spring break for another week. Therefore, all McKinney ISD schools will be closed the week of March 16-20, 2020. This includes all district and extracurricular programs, as well as, Club 360.
Due to this extended District closing, McKinney ISD will be using our two bad weather days which were scheduled for April 10th and April 27th. We will be attending school on these days.
McKinney ISD provides many digital tools to support in-class learning, and our students will have access to these resources this week while at home. Below are MISD digital learning resources, as well as, additional resources our students can access from home for continued student learning if you are looking for educational ways to keep your child engaged.
McKinney ISD is following updates and staying in close contact with city, state, and health officials. All MISD updates will be posted online here: https://www.mckinneyisd.net/health-services-wellness/coronavirus-covid-19/ .
Proud to be a BEAR,
Amy
