Parent helpers morning tea - Tuesday 6th December
You are invited to a special morning tea in the school hall foyer at 10:30am on Tuesday 6 December. This invite is extended to all those parents, grandparents, family members who have volunteered at Pinehill School in 2022. Pop this event in your calendar. We look forward to seeing you there!
Prizegiving 2022 - Thursday 8 December (one week away -save the date)
Venue: Pinehill School Hall
Year 1-3 Prizegiving is at 9.00am (approx 1 hour duration). Please ensure that your child is at school by 8.45am. Along with some singing and other group performances we will be presenting effort, citizenship and academic certificates. Parents of children who are receiving an award are notified by email. Families of children in Year 1-3 are all welcome to attend.
Year 4-6 Prizegiving is at 5.00pm (approx 1 1⁄2 hours duration). Students will need to arrive, in school uniform, between 4.40-4.50pm to assemble on the court by the hall. Parents will be able to enter the hall from this time. The format for the Year 4-6 prizegiving/graduation ceremony will be similar to previous years. All Year 4-6 students who are attending need to be accompanied by an adult. Seating is limited to two adult seats plus younger siblings (if attending). Year 1-3 siblings do not need to wear school uniform.
Parents of children who are receiving an award are notified by email. We look forward to seeing everyone there.

SHOWCASE YOUR BAKING SKILLS!
We are looking for anyone who LOVES to bake and would like to contribute to our bake sale at the Christmas Concert and Picnic on Wednesday, 7 December.
PLEASE make sure NO fresh cream, fruits, custard etc., only items that can be stored at room temperature. Cupcakes, Gingerbread men and cookies are always winners, but there are many more great ideas. Please also list all the ingredients. Thank you!
Home baking is to be brought to school next Wednesday morning between 8:15 am and 9 am in the Hall. Ideally, we would like you to bake the day/night before.
We appreciate your support! We thank all the families who have done home baking and planning to bring or have already dropped off your home baking so far! We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Snack Food Friday this week. The last Fun Food Friday of Term 4 is on 9 December. Online orders open on Kindo Online Shop this Saturday, 3 December.
Jesters Pie Day is EVERY TUESDAY!! Orders close one day prior at 11 am.
CookieTime Christmas Cookies
Thanks to parents and teachers who supported this fundraiser. Orders will be delivered to school on Monday, 5 December.
Jolly Jar Sale at Christmas Concert
We are asking for a Jolly Jar donation from each student. It can be filled with anything non-perishable and will be displayed and sold at the Christmas Concert. You can hand in your beautiful Jolly Jar at the office anytime before the concert.
