Illinois Assessment of Readiness Testing Scheduled
Good Afternoon D103 Families!
The State of Illinois requires that the Illinois Assessment of Readiness (IAR) be taken in-person by all students in grades 3 through 8 and the Illinois Science Assessment (ISA) be taken in-person by all students in grades 5 and 8.
Please use the following information and links to access daily assessment schedules for each grade level and learner type (in-person and remote).
Half Day School:
All students in grades 3-5, both remote and in-person, will be tested at Half Day School each day from Monday, May 24, 2021 through Friday, May 28, 2021.
Please note daily schedules for in-person AND remote learners will include BOTH remote instruction and in-person test administration.
In-person students will test in the morning and then travel home for remote synchronous and asynchronous instruction in the afternoon. This requires in-person students who are driven to school to be picked up each day at 11:30 a.m.
Remote students will have remote synchronous and asynchronous instruction in the morning, then travel to school mid-day and test in the afternoon. Student drop off will begin at 12:45 p.m. on each of the testing days.
Arrival and dismissal times for all students are on the schedule linked below.
Students with extended time as an IEP accommodation will receive a personalized schedule prior to the administration window.
Daniel Wright Junior High School:
All students in grades 6-8, both remote and in-person, will be tested at Daniel Wright Junior High School each day from Monday, May 24, 2021 through Friday, May 28, 2021.
Please note daily schedules for in-person AND remote learners will include BOTH in-person and remote instruction as well as in-person test administration.

Remote students will have remote instruction in the morning, then travel to school mid-day for test administration and in-person instruction. This requires in-person students who are driven to school to be picked up each day at 11:30 a.m. Arrival and dismissal times for all students are on the schedule linked below.
8th Grade ISA will be administered on May 14, 2021 to in-person and remote students. Details for this assessment were shared in this April 22 e-notice.
