Bransford Blast
December 17, 2017
This past week our Texans collected toys for Grace, prepared for the Penguin Patch Holiday Shoppe, and opened the new Harmony Park! In addition, our Texan staff earned two grants from the Grapevine-Colleyville Education Foundation! What a great week at Bransford!
This week, we have a short week. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday are full days. Students will have the opportunity to shop at the Penguin Patch Holiday Shoppe (see flyer below). On Thursday, students get an early dismissal at 11:45 a.m. to start the winter break. We will have an all school assembly with a performance by our wonderful 4th and 5th grade choir, recognition of November and December Portrait of a Texans, and a sing-along led by Mrs. Benson. After the assembly, holiday parties go from 10:45 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. If you are planning to attend the parties and have already had your driver's license scanned this school year, you can have your visitor's badge printed by clicking here. Hope to see you on Thursday!
Looking forward to a great week as we continue to build an excellent school together!

important life skills. Trained and caring coaches lead teams of girls (3-6th grade)
through interactive lessons and running activities.
The season culminates with a noncompetitive celebratory 5k run!
Why it matters…
It’s Fun. It’s Effective.
Participating in Girls on the Run transforms girls’ lives by helping them increase their self- confidence,
