Reflection

1) Lead by example: If we expect the staff to do it, we should model as well. This can be at staff meeting, PD trainings, etc.

2) Keep Learning: Don't be afraid to ask questions and admit you don't know everything.

3) Social Media: Connect with stakeholder and get your positive message heard.

Goals

1) Increase communication with staff and stakeholders by using twitter.

2) Learn. Become familiar with different applications, and use them with consistency.

3) Flip staff meetings or PD. Let the teachers shine in the areas in which they are strong.

4) Use technology to give positive accolades and incentives.
