Star Parents,
Important Information
School Survey:
- Please click on the following link if you have not had a chance to complete our school survey: Skaggs 2018-2019 Survey . We are really needing this information to help us prepare for next school year.
PTA Color Run:
- Join us for the Color Run on Saturday from 2:00-3:00. Come cheer on our Kindergarteners as they run, jog, or walk laps while raising money for PTA. 100 percent of the money raised from the Color Run goes directly to PTA. Our PTA is amazing and makes so many of our fun activities that we do at school possible. Our field trip to the Dallas Zoo was funded by PTA. Please click on the attachment for more information.
Trash to Treasure Project:
- We will be creating Trash to Treasure projects next week. Please send in 1 trash item that we can recycle into a "treasure" by Monday.

Feel free to also have your child wear a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen too!
Technology
- Has your child been logging into webdesk.pisd.edu at home? Students can access academic games and activities through the Webdesk website. To login, simply go to "webdesk.pisd.edu". Students login using their Plano ISD email account "firstname.lastname.1@mypisd.net" and enter the password Red.1234.
- Once logged in, click on the "My Class" icon at the bottom of the page. Select "My Class" on the next page followed by "Apps" located on the left hand side of the webpage.
- Students can access great apps such as Dreambox or Teach Your Monster to Read from home. These are great resources that can help your child work on their math and reading skills at home!
