Last Day of School
We are gearing up for a fun last 1/2 day of school on May 26th. Students will rotate through 3 different activities that day. They will have time with their team to sign yearbooks and do activities, time with the whole grade level to sign yearbooks and take photos if they wish and time to play games, eat ice cream, Kona Ice and visit the concession stand. If your student wishes to partake in ice cream, concessions or Kona Ice, please have them bring cash.
If your student did not buy a yearbook, we will have booklets for them to have others sign. We ask that they not sign shirts or body parts. Students should not bring anything besides something to sign a yearbook with and/or a small drawstring bag. All other items will be kept in the front office until dismissal. We want everyone to be safe, have fun and make great memories!
End of Year Awards Assemblies
If your student is receiving recognition at the awards assembly you should have received an email invitation on May 10th. This is not a grade level graduation but a recognition of the accomplishments of our Jaguars. In Park Hill we reserve the graduation ceremony for the completion of high school. In order to receive academic recognition a student must have a 3.25 or higher GPA for the first 3 quarters of the school year. Students who make an outstanding effort to learn and improve their academic subjects, put forth extra effort and exhibit hard work and motivation and show good citizenship and pride may also be nominated by their teachers for the Jaguar Pride award. Those who excel in their elective classes may also be awarded the Imagineer Star award if selected by their teacher.
Check your email for an invitation if your child will be recognized in any of these categories. See the calendar above for dates and times.
On those dates, PTA will have a photo station set up for you to take pictures and should you wish to take your student with you upon the conclusion of the event you may.

Publications is creating an 8th grade book...please note this is separate from the yearbook. The cost is $5. Books will be available in the courtyard during yearbook signing.
