We plan to create new spirit days and find new innovative and appealing ways for pumas to participate in online school. We plan to find new ways to revive the puma community through our online school. Also, we intend to find ways for pumas to experience the social and exciting events that would normally occur in school but in a safe environment with as little risk as possible.

Jasmin Fathi and Brooklyn Anderson
Bio:
Hey, Pumas! My name is Jasmin Fathi and I’m currently a freshman at Chaparral! I have four sisters, two of which go here as well, and I’m involved in many different clubs! These include ASB, TSAPP, Impact, CSF, SADD, Speech & Debate, and Mock Trial. As I’m sure many can relate, I also developed a love for cooking during quarantine! Anyways, the reason Brooke and I genuinely want to serve as your Sophomore Class President and Vice President (in simple terms): we want to make YOUR voice heard! We're both huge advocates for diversity and acceptance, mental health, celebrating academic accomplishments, and getting involved. These positions will give us the platform to listen to your ideas and take action to better our home we call CHS. We have the experience, the passion, the commitment, and the plans—we are READY to take on these roles! Let's make next year count; I'm sure we all need it.
Hi, I'm Brooke and I'm a freshman here at CHS. I am a part of the Chaparral Mock Trial team, involved in TSAPP, and Impact Unified. I am currently in Student Council and have been in leadership since I was in the 6th grade. I was in the DMS student council for two years and one year in Scholar Squad, a club dedicated to celebrating academic achievements on campus. I have been playing piano since I was 8 and love to read. I spend a lot of time doing craft projects and enjoy doing puzzles. I decided to run with Jasmine to further my ideas to help make CHS a place where everyone can flourish and feel welcome.
Madison Galat and Malory Bryant
Bio:
My name is Madison Galat and I have been a puma for almost a year now. My hobbies include playing soccer, reading, traveling with my family, and leading worship at my church. I am involved in ASB, and multiple clubs including CSF and the President of IMPACT Unified Peer Buddies. I want to serve as the Sophomore class President because I like to help my peers and advocate for what they need and want. I’m an organized individual that plans which helps when needing to execute timelines for activities. I believe that everyone deserves a voice and an opinion. I want to help those who may not feel comfortable or able to voice their opinion. Overall, I want to help make CHS the best it can be by listening to my peers and bringing it up to council. I want to be the voice of the entire sophomore class and speak on their behalf. I am confident in my abilities to serve the Sophomore class with a strong ASB and leadership background. My name is Malory Bryant. I have also been a Puma for almost one year now. I enjoy baking, listening to music, biking, and seeing my friends and family. I am involved in ASB, Mock trial, and CSF. I love being involved in all these extracurricular activities. One of the things I want to do as VP is to teach my peers how exciting and beneficial it is to get involved in the school. I look forward to becoming the Sophomore Vice President to represent my class. They deserve the best sophomore year experience and as the VP I will listen and help advise them to a better year. I am confident in myself because I want to do everything I can to achieve this goal. The Sophomores Class needs things done correctly, organized, efficient, and on-time to succeed. As the sophomore Vice President, I can ensure that all of these needs are met and the entire class can rely on me. As the Vice President my goals are to show the 10th grade class how great it is to get involved, to be their voice in the council, and to be a leader for them to follow.
ASB President and Vice President Candidates
Elizabeth Brown & Mya Santacroce
Bio:
Hey Pumas! My name is Elizabeth Brown. I am running for ASB President alongside my Vice President, Mya Santacroce. I’ve been a Puma for three years now, and have been involved in ASB for all of that time. Not only have I been in ASB since the beginning of my time at CHS, but I am in SADD, CSF, and NHS. My goal for this coming year is to make it so people want to go to school, participate in events, and feel welcome whenever they walk on campus. I believe that I should be ASB President because I have been one of the freshmen representatives and sophomore class president, so I have worked closely with past ASB Presidents before. Because of that I know what it takes to hold this position, and I am ready for the challenge. I know this past year has not been easy for anyone, but it is my goal to make next year the best that I possibly can, hopefully at school, but who knows? We might have missed out on one year, but with Mya and I as your ASB Pres. and VP we will make up for all of that missed time.
Hey everyone! I’m Mya Santacroce and this is my third year as a Puma! I’m currently involved in CSF, Varsity swim and water polo, three AP classes, and ASB. I’m looking to serve as a Chaparral Representative primarily to increase student engagement and provide a welcoming campus culture. School, regardless of grade level, is a second home to it’s student body. With that said, we should treat it as such and ensure all students look forward to activities and spirit days by making participation more prevalent. As I approach my final year of high school, my goal is to see our school become more united than ever. I know our students are extremely capable of such and would be honored to represent Chaparral as the well-established school it is!
Jaden Dew & Ethan Weldon
Bio:
Sup kids, it’s your boys Jaden and Ethan. We’ve been Pumas since the dawn of time, freshman year. We’ve been doing ASB since forever, and are officers in Mock Trial, Science Olympiad, Interact and a ton more clubs as well. We play DnD and we live, laugh, and love. Jaden games and makes dice, and Ethan can juggle. We were in ASB together in 7th grade and ever since we’ve been the best of friends. Ethan’s the idea guy and Jaden is the follow-through man. We’re the perfect team, and we want to serve you because we can make events fun and memorable. We want to make up for missing events last year by giving you the best events you’ve ever seen. Chaparral will be reorganized into the First Galactic Empire. Love you all.
