Week of 1/29
Principal's Message
It is hard to believe that this is the last week of January! We've had a great return in the new year and are looking forward to continuing this positive momentum as we move into February.
Last week, we had a very productive community conversation about the traffic patterns around Noble Elementary. You will see some of our safety concerns outlined below, but we are going to continue this work with a second community conversation in February. On Thursday, February 16th, we will be hosting a Community Conversation on Noble School Traffic Patterns again in the Noble Elementary Cafeteria. It will run from 6:30-8:00p.
This Tuesday, the Noble Neighborhood Library is hosting the African American Read-In. Starting at 4:00p on Tuesday, January 31st, the Library will host a variety of speakers and presenters to celebrate the beginning of Black History Month. Please consider attending and supporting this wonderful event!

Also, we have seen a car parking on the blacktop during dismissal on several occasions since we're returned in 2023. Please know that NO VEHICLES should be pulling onto the blacktop to ensure that safety of students and adults during our dismissal time.
Thank you for your attention to this!
Community Conversation on Noble School Traffic Patterns
We hosted a community conversation at Noble this past week to discuss traffic patterns around Noble Elementary. With Mayor Seren, Noble parents, and community members, we had a very productive conversation about the possibilities of next steps that might be able to be put in place soon to ensure student safety.
We will be hosting another community conversation to discuss traffic patterns and concerns around Noble School. This will take place on Thursday, February 16th from 6:30-8:00p. Please add this date to your calendar!
African American Read-In @ Noble Neighborhood Library
The program will run from 4:00-5:00pm on Tuesday, January 31st and will be a great family fun event :) CLICK HERE for access to the Noble Library event website.
Noble PRIDE Roll-Out - January Focus: Reflective
In December and continuing in January, we are practicing the behavior of being REFLECTIVE. Students are learning different ways that they can be reflective at school, set goals, and learn from mistakes. When students are seen practicing being reflective, they can earn a special Noble PRIDE - Reflective bracelet! Be sure to ask your child about it if they are wearing one home.
Here are some resources you can use to learn more about being reflective:

School Store Fundraiser
One exciting element of the fundraiser is that students can receive a special prize - a Hugger stuffed animal! If you choose to participate and follow the directions on the envelope, your child will receive a special prize code. When they bring the envelope back to school with that prize code, Ms. Copez-Minor will deliver their Hugger stuffed animal to them. The best part is that no one needs to spend any money in order to get a Hugger stuffed animal - you just need to complete the directions on the envelope and get the prize code.
If you have any questions about the fundraiser, please feel free to reach out to Ms. Copez-Minor at k_copez@chuh.org.
