MONTHLY INCENTIVES, RECOGNITION, NEWS & ADVICE
Heather Entrekin, one of our very own Georgia Peaches who, for some time had been frustrated by a lack of forward movement, saw huge growth in her personal team over the last two months. I texted her and asked what she thought helped her turn a corner? Her answer really inspired me, so with Heather's permission, I'm sharing her response with all of you. I hope you find it as inspirational as I did.
"In all honesty, I just had to make a decision to put more time and effort into it...I looked back through all the notes I have taken over the last 2 years and there was a note that I had highlighted...can't remember who said it... "The only way to fail is to give up!" I just wasn't ready to fail!"

A WORD OF ADVICE
Don't throw the baby out with the bathwater
I recently had a PC, who is interested in becoming a C, try the Unblemish regimen. After two weeks, she said, "the wash burned...I don't think this is for me". Rather than get discouraged and tell her, "Okay, send it back and get your money back", I took the bull by the horns. I sent an email to RFConnection asking if there was anything my PC could do. They instructed her to do a patch test and start back slowly. My PC was still not interesting in trying again. Fair enough! Some times, that's the way it is. But I knew she was disappointed because she really wanted it to work. I told her this:
"Don't throw the baby out with the bathwater. If the wash is the only product causing you discomfort, we have other washes (RFConnection said this as well). Every product isn't going to be for every-one, but you might be missing out on the benefits of the rest of the line if you scrap the whole thing now. I also said, "I know you're interested in this business. Don't think that just because one thing within our entire catalogue isn't right for you that the business won't be either."
I think sometimes we're so afraid of hearing rejection on any level that we run in the total opposite direction to avoid it OR we give up in order to try and make it all better in the easiest way possible. The fact is, these products work for the vast majority and so can this business. We have countless documents, articles, before/afters and success stories to back it up! If you run into a road block, ask for help! But never be afraid to stand strongly and confidently in what this business is and what these products can do.
Whether my PC chooses to stay or cancel will always be up to her. But what is up to me, is my level of effort.
